นโยบายการคืนสินค้าและคืนเงิน

1. ลูกค้าสามารถคืนสินค้าได้ในสภาพเดิม (สินค้าต้องยังไม่ถูกแกะ ฉีก และไม่ได้เปิดใช้) ภายใน 14 วันหลังจากที่ท่านได้รับสินค้า เรายินดีที่จะให้ท่านแลกเปลี่ยนหรือคืนเงิน 2. กรุณาส่งสินค้าที่เกิดปัญหาของท่านกลับมาทาง EMS สินค้าที่ถูกส่งคืน ต้องส่งกลับภายใน 14 วันหลังจากที่ท่านได้รับสินค้าที่สั่งซื้อ 3. ลูกค้าจะต้องรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายการจัดส่งสินค้า ยกเว้นกรณีที่การคืนเป็นผลมาจากข้อผิดพลาดของทางบูดาเบสท์เอง เช่น ทางบูดาเบสท์ส่งของให้ท่านไม่ตรงตามใบรายการสั่งซื้อ หากเกิดข้อผิดพลาดเหล่านั้น ทางบูดาเบสท์ยินดีที่จะจัดส่งสินค้าที่ถูกต้องไปให้ท่านใหม่ โดยบูดาเบสท์เป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายทั้งหมด 4. สินค้าคืนจะต้องอยู่ในสภาพเดียวกับตอนที่ท่านได้รับจากบูดาเบสท์ ดังนั้นโปรดแพ็คสินค้าเหล่านั้น ส่งกลับมาอย่างระมัดระวัง เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าสินค้าเหล่านั้นจะถูกส่งกลับมาถึงในสภาพปกติ ไม่ชำรุดเสียหาย 5. เมื่อท่านต้องการเปลี่ยนหรือคืนสินค้า กรุณาติดต่อทางอีเมล์ contact@boodabest.com และระบุเบอร์โทรศัพท์เพื่อติดต่อกลับ สำหรับสินค้าที่ท่านต้องการเปลี่ยนหรือคืน เมื่อบูดาเบสท์ได้รับคำร้องของท่าน บูดาเบสท์จะติดต่อท่านผ่านทางเบอร์โทรศัพท์ที่ท่านระบุหรือทางอีเมล์ เพื่อดำเนินการในขั้นตอนต่อไป 6. เราไม่รับการแลกเปลี่ยน/คืนในกรณีต่อไปนี้: 6.1 สินค้าที่ไม่ได้ซื้อจาก www.boodabest.com 6.2 ผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ได้ทำการแกะ ฉีก เปิด หรือใช้แล้ว 6.3 สินค้าที่มีความเสียหาย หรือความเสียหายอันเนื่องมาจากการแพ็คสินค้าส่งคืนบูดาเบสท์ของลูกค้าเอง 6.4 ลูกค้าไม่ได้ส่งสินค้ากลับคืนมาให้เราภายใน 14 วัน หลังจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า 6.5 สินค้าที่เป็นของแถมหรือสินค้าร่วมรายการพิเศษแบบมีเงื่อนไข

Refund/Return Policy

1. Products can be returned to boodaBEST in the original condition (the product must not be opened, torn up, or used) within 14 days after receiving the shipment. Money refund or replacement can be made. 2. Please ship the product back via EMS within 14 days after receiving the shipment. 3.The customer is responsible for shipping fee unless the mistake comes from boodaBEST such as incorrect shipment. In such case, we will responsible for all the shipping fee and will resend you the correct order. 4. Products must be in the original condition as when you receive. Therefore, please pack and ship them carefully to make sure that the products are undamaged. 5. If the customer wishes to return the products, please contact contact@boodabest.com and give us your phone number. When boodaBEST receive your request, we will contact you via the phone number given for further process. 6. The following products are not eligible to return: 6.1 Products that are not purchased from www.boodabest.com 6.2 Products that are opened, torn, or used 6.3 Products that are damaged by the customer from returning process 6.4 Products that are not returned within 14 days after receive
